Our mall is getting an exterior make-over!
Exterior surface recladding works will be undertaken over the next few months. As this is a significant project there will be some disruption, but every effort has been made to minimize the impact and disruption to all.
Outlined below are the stages of installation with timings for STAGE ONE and a map outlining where each stage will take place.
STAGE ONE
Approx 6 weeks (mid Oct – end Nov 2021)
- Soft wash starting at the end of October.
- Scaffolding will be in place from the beginning of November.
- Post boxes will be accessible during this time.
- Coating works to commence early November.
STAGE TWO
- Soft wash starting at the end of November.
- Scaffolding to be erected early December.
STAGE THREE
- Early 2022 – To be confirmed based on the timing of Stage two.
Hours of works: 7am – 5pm
As the program moves through the stages to the main entrances, the timing of works will be managed so as not to impact the mall traffic flow e.g., completed after hours.
