We’ve been a part of the Meadowbank community since the 1980s and continue to be a place where locals gather and shop. Direction
Getting here is easy – By Car, Bus or Uber.
You’ll find Meadowbank Shopping Centre at 35 – 47 St John’s Road, Meadowbank, Auckland.
By Car
Our car park has over 424 free car parks. There are two entrances you can use depending on which direction you are driving.
If you’re coming from the North, the entry to our carpark is off Gerard Way. Go past the Centre and turn right at the lights on Gerard Way. The carpark entrance is on your right.
If you’re coming from the South, you can use either the Gerard Way entry to the carpark or the entry off St John’s Road on your left-hand side.
By Public Transport
Auckland Transport bus Route 75 buses stop outside Meadowbank Shopping Centre – Stop 7432 going to Glen Innes and Stop 7433 going to Wynyard Quarter
Pick-Up, Taxi, Uber, Companion Driving Service
The best pick-up points are outside our two main entrances – one on the St John’s carpark entrance side (by Life Pharmacy) and the other on the Gerrard Way entrance side (by Countdown).
Parking
Meadowbank Shopping Centre has 424 free outdoor parking spaces, including 9 dedicated mobility car parks, for shoppers so you can spend time meeting with friends, shopping or grabbing a bite to eat at your leisure.
Shoppers can enjoy free parking for various time limits from 20 mins up to 180 mins. Be sure to check the sign for the time limit when you park.
Express parking bay for 10 minutes is available
Bicycles
We encourage cycling to Meadowbank Shopping Centre and provides 2 bike stands. These are located at both the main entrances off St John’s Road and Gerard Way.

Location Of Toilets
Our bathrooms, including baby changing tables, are located:
- Off the Food Court in the middle of the Centre (accessible)
- Next to FirstLight Immigration upstairs.
ATM
A Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) ATM is located inside the Centre at the St John’s Road main entrance
Food Court
Our Food Court is located in the middle of the Centre with a range of food on offer, including sushi, curry, health, café and pizza. We have a small seating area for customers to dine-in
Lifts
Lifts to level 1 can be located next to Alex the Cobbler, on the outside of the Centre near the Gerard Way entrance
Community Giving & Fundraising
Charity fundraising
Medowbank Shopping Centre has allocated spaces for local charities wanting to collect donations and raise awareness of their valuable work.
Charities must complete and submit an application for consent to fundraise at Meadowbank Shopping Centre preferably 4 weeks in advance.
